Did you know that Seashells are Exoskeletons?

Well, turns out Seashells are not just any typical rocks kinda object found over the shore on an ordinary visit to the beach, they are the exoskeleton of an invertebrate animal called Mollusks (Mollusca).

What is a Mollusks? Mollusks are among an animal that lacks a backbone and spinal column, such as snails.

Wonder how they come around? Well, as the Mollusks grow, they tend to add a new layer to their shells, creating stunning patterns.
