how so?

There is alot of derangement syndrome and/or full misunderstanding of what nostr is and can('t) do.

Some of what I gather so far is likely due to Nostr being very unlike bitcoin. There is no time chain, no new shiny complex cryptography, no key rotation, no universal data completeness, dependence on DNS, etc...

It's mostly lazy/incomplete understanding of Nostr.

The current state of bitcoin (public) though is very un-nuanced and rhetorical group think, so i'm not very surprised.

Most computer scientists learn that data completeness (central/global database) and "time chains" (order of events) are paramount to any and all applications. These concepts are so engrained in software development that it is hard to imagine an app without then. Nostr's biggest innovation is the simple idea that neither is really needed at the service/API level of most web apps, leaving the work to be done entirely at the Client level.

wen ccard Q? after bitkey mass adoption, looooooooooooooooolz

Also Nostr is pretty much a 100% bitcoin user platform. I don't see that changing in any significant way which is a shame.

I have no doubt it could be explained more simply which would really bring in more users.

I submitted an application to Opensats. There is no other way but to give people what they want, what they consume.

Reminds me of people who said "Why do i need a computer when i can just do it on paper."

can you separate it already?
