Well, he's rich, so probably doesn't pay taxes regardless. He'll make it a tax write off somehow probably by feeding the poor plebs.
If you listen to his speeches, he tells you why he doesn't pay taxes and why he filed for bankruptcy, these are tricks of the trade, if you read the tax laws, they tell you what to do and Trump in one of his speeches here, he told us he told us how to do it.

If he used Strike, it was likely converted from USD on his end to Bitcoin on Pubkey's end. So no capital gains.
