Quick update on the #31days challenge @`Aaron` and I did.

We set out to have 60 minutes + of physical activity for 31 days in Oct. I work out about 3 times a week and consider myself fairly active so I thought it would be good but man, it's one of my favorite adventures. Below are my findings and how the calendar looked month over month.

- It forced me to be active and outside in my favorite season (fall). I enjoyed nature a lot more than a standard year.

- It was hardest around day 15 because everything was sore without recovery time but near the end everything had recovered and the 60 minutes felt normal.

- My body fat dropped 1% but my weight stayed the same. Fat down/muscle up.

- My resting heart rate dropped 2%

- Lastly, I felt more like myself than I have in a long time. My brain really liked getting this much activity.

I plan to do this a few times a year going forward

Proof of work! 🤙🏼

Thanks for joining us for a few days!

Figured it was moot point to post w/o proof lol… that said, I was more active than usual. Plan to continue right on into November, increasing intentional activity time as well!

You have a fave activity tracker?

I am no expert but I like Garmin. A little independence from apple/google is good in my book and they're very focused on fitness.

With that said they have a bunch of them depending on what you want to track. The venu 2 has been good for my wife and I.

Thanks! Usually it’s a timer and chop to it 😂

Goals!

How are you measuring BF%? Looking for a good "at-home" method.
