Looks delicious!

If you dry the outsides of the meat with salt for 20 min and let your pan go scorching hot you get that delicious crust 🤤

I just threw it on the pan. Salted and added some steak seasoning. Cooked with a couple eggs. Flipped it several times. And boom 😋
