What website do you use for sats conversion?

I pull market rates from Bisq and render fiatprice and satsperfiatunit nodeyez panels from that.
Specifically, this url.
what would you convert them to? if i'm going between on chain and lightning, I might do something with River or now strike, Ive even used nicehash at times. if im just doing some utxo management, well, with low fees I did it in Sparrow, now I might involve swapping in and out of lightning.
if i absolutely need fiat? ive used Strike in the past, blockfi before thst (obv not now)
I meant what website do you go to punch in an exact fiat amount to be converted into sats, to then accept payment.
