Yeah i heard people mention the strong smell, but mine has only a faint smell, and i have a pretty sensitive nose.
Quality beef I think in your case? π
Eventually the skin cream worked beautifully. Turns out I had to re melt it a few times and then once mixed up I had to leave it on the shelf for a month - now itβs lovely stuff but before that it was very beefy!! π
Wow, good to know. I might eventually experiment with using it for salve, but this batch is for cooking. And yes its very high quality beef, raised locally by a family that is part of The Beef Initiative.
