Not embedded in Amethyst yet.
I think amethyst at least doesn't embed .mov correctly. .mp4 should work tho. It might work on other clients.

If you have ffmpeg installed, it could easily be done with
ffmpeg -i input.mov output.mp4
before uploading.
Worked for me on Damus on iOS.
