of course what Bodybuilders do is they cook basically Chicken Breasts and Rice once a week and split it up into many small containers they keep in the fridge and essentially snack on those by having one container every 3 hours or so ...
this is a good approach for them because it simplifies calorie counting - if you make 20 identical portions you only need to calculate calories once.
i never did this because it seems like slavery. i'm sure it would work. but i am a creative person and not a robot.
