Operation #Bitaxe Silencer Complete ✅

I didn't order the Noctua fan upgrade to make a point -> a good heatsink with any fan will do the trick.

I'll be displaying some overclocking stats soon.

That's a bitchin radiator 😁

The king is dead didn't you hear?

I may need to pull apart an old PC and steal some pieces 🤔

That's a really cool idea, my heatsink on my computers are massive 🤣.

"cool" idea 😂👌

Where do you buy the glue for the heat sink?

Thermal paste, I didn't wanna wait to order online so I went to bestbuy.

Idk if it's overkill but I got the more expensive option.

Reason being I also need to take apart my PC and refresh the paste.

Found some on Amazon. Thanks!

Yeah heat sink makes all the difference. Fan is just for sound

Interesting thing is, I ran it first without the fan and the temps climbed above 60 so I added the fan.

The fan is there to move just enough air to remove the heat.

Yeah i said that weirdly. A fan pretty much needs to replace the air around the heatsink and help it do its convection cooling. A noctua fan is nice because it’s quiet but i really don’t see the need for one fan over another besides having sound in mind, as long as you have a good heatsink. That one looks awesome btw

Exactly, I was trying to show that your fan will run basically silent on stock settings with the stock fan if you upgrade the heatsink :)

Let's do this

Brahhh you liquid cooling??

Bro I didn't see that you posted this on that note, idk why I didn't get the notification
