I imagine
- auto DM's e.g. on new followers or zaps,
- AI assistant chats via DM,
- DM sales workflows for Nostr marketplace listings
(etc)
Do you have any plans to support kind 4 with encryption?
I had no plans to support DM functions.
When I started implementing it, the DM specification was not finalized. It appears that NIP-04, which currently uses kind4, is deprecated and NIP-17 is recommended now.
I will consider supporting it since there seems to be a demand for it.
