One of the primary objectives of government regulated schooling is to dumb down the population. Independent learning via the internet has been upsetting this model, and people have been developing resistance against government. Something had to be done, and this is just the start in our Brave New World.

If a site demands Identity proof to use it, I go elsewhere. There is always an alternative and if Governments get too pushy and oppressive, well, they can be changed or left... Humanity needs to decentralise EVERYTHING so that they can't win!
