As a specialist in Internal Medicine and also in Infectious Diseases, let me tell you that human beings are very tough and tolerate doctors' mistakes and surprisingly they don't die as easily as one expects 🤣😅

Agreed. Thankfully that’s true.

However…when Dr. Sieve called me to admit a patient for “meningitis” and the correct diagnosis was Adult-onset Still’s disease there was a wee small part of me that became low-key terrified that I’ll ever be incapacitated and need his expertise 🤣😆.

A little ceftriaxone and steroids and Dr. Sieve had two birds for one stone I guess. There is no longer a need to divide rheumatology and infections. 🤣🤣🤣
