I found out earlier today that despite living in a rural area my house is in a high density residential zone which prohibits keeping farm animals. So I need some help with statist jiu jitsu

Rabbits for the win. They make zero noise and can be considered as “pets” - can be kept in small quarters and are very easy to raise and process. Also quail.
Many municipalities have ‘right to food’ or food sovereignty provisions written into their ordinances. It’s worth checking if your town may have something similar or, if not– get one on the ballot!
