For real. I had a hammock chair accident mid swing last May. I still hurt because I was stupid and didn't let it heal properly. Pretty sure I borked something up pretty good... thought it was better, kept having pain and going. Finally realized it wasn't the running or weight lifting.. it was the damn spinal twist in yoga. Have stopped that and have seen some improvement now in the last month. Hopefully it clears up. At least not bed ridden by 3 in the afternoon anymore 😃
