Seed oils are so horrific they will alter your brain chemistry, punch holes in your gut, and slowly destroy your organs.

AVOID:

Canola oil (rapeseed)

Vegetable oil

Cottonseed oil

Soybean oil

Grapeseed oil

Sunflower oil

Safflower oil

Peanut oil

Crisco (hydrogenated)

Margarine (partially hydrogenated)

REPLACE ABOVE WITH:

Beef tallow

Pork lard

Duck fat

Grass-fed butter

Don't forget Ghee!

Curious about Peanut oil though, I feel it's one of the better options but I'm not sure. Peanut butter is delicious and very high in peanut oil (obviously), is peanut oil really a bad one?

Agree with everything else.

Peanut oil is mostly monounsaturated fatty acids which are unstable and subject to rancidity and broken bonds.

Peanuts are a legume, highly allergenic, and riddled with mold which results from their processing. Not really a food option for human consumption, and highly addictive..
