Absolutely. I live in Bulgaria and what is written is absolutely true. Most of the people do not want the euro, but nobody asks them. There are some brainwashed people who think it will be better, but they are a minority. I have more confidence in Bitcoin. They will just replace one fiat currency with another. I think the worst off will be those who defend the Euro because they certainly don't have any Bitcoin.
The decision is already made. That’s why I started moving towards personal Bitcoin Standards before the shitstorm hits us.
Yes, I only bet on Bitcoin, especially for savings. Even if I could I would only use it, but we still have to use fiat currencies in stores.
Bringin will solve this. I use it daily. Convert Bitcoin to Euro. Soon they’ll add the option for spending bitcoin directly from lightning, by integrating a self-hosted lightning wallet in-app.
Yes, such things are useful, as is bitrefill. But it would still be best if all stores could just be paid with Ligntning Network. Until then, we will look for and use other options.

People will use Bitcoin if they see some sense in it. So far the problem is that they have no idea what it is and why they should use it. If all merchants have stickers that they accept Bitcoin, people will be interested themselves. I think it's important that merchants themselves offer it as an option - they're not losing anything. We have to convince them.
There is a pretty good economic reason to use bitcoin as money. But most hodlers listen to Saylor podcasts and don’t read about money.
