😫 not going to be able to finish it, my hands are turning in to claws. Damn you hands!!! It's my own fault for using a 2mm hook when a 2.25 mm would've worked and made for easier work. Going to take a break and do some stretches and see what I can get done.

I feel your pain! I started a huge cross-stitch doing 1-over-1 on 22ct Aida (because apparently I hate myself) over a year ago. It was supposed to be an anniversary present for my best friend who got married last May. But it kills my hands and my eyes and makes me not want to work on it. 😩 Why do we do this to ourselves!?! Sounds like we both know better... and yet, here we are! 🀣

Hope the stretches help! Good luck!

Oh noooooo ☹️. I have to wear my glasses nowadays when doing any of it.

I'm good with anything up to 18ct. After that, I need readers and a good light. 🀢🏼 I think the LASIK is partly to blame though... But at least I'm not legally blind without my contacts in anymore!

Good light is a must for cross stitch, or dark yarn. I've always had trouble seeing close up, I have old people eyes πŸ˜‚πŸ‘΅. We've heard people loving the lasik and people regretting the lasik, my eyes aren't bad enough but the hubs has terrible eyesight.

Thank you for the sats for the kiddo πŸ’œπŸ«‚
