I had no idea you could roast in an air popcorn popper! I also started drinking coffee just over a year ago... So I'm pretty new to all of this. But I got the hubs a 1Zpresso j-ultra manual grinder for Christmas this year. He has a Flair 58 and I've been learning how to make espresso properly. π€ͺ

I hate running, and thatβs exactly my why.
Itβs the hardest thing for me. Iβd honestly rather have 10 waves crashing on me back to back.
Running would be the last exercise Iβd ever choose.
But doing hard things is what makes us stronger & after giving birth to our little angel, Iβm deeply motivated to reconnect with my body.
So I started running, even if I suck, even if itβs uncomfortable, even if Iβd rather do anything else.
Letβs go.

Been π§οΈ rainy π§οΈ and gray ALLLLLLLLLL day... Guess this is jungle-style soup weather! First time cooking with a "zapallo tico," a common Calabaza / West Indian Pumpkin thatβs grown all over Costa Rica. Made a zapallo and achiote creamy soup. I am NOT disappointed. π€€

Bragging about a fragile ego... That's a new one. π
She is very photogenic! Unfortunately, she has zero interest in balls, sticks, and most toys in general so no good way to lure her in. Periodically, we can get her riled up and she'll try to shake a toy to death, but that's about it!
