Been 🌧️ rainy 🌧️ and gray ALLLLLLLLLL day... Guess this is jungle-style soup weather! First time cooking with a "zapallo tico," a common Calabaza / West Indian Pumpkin that’s grown all over Costa Rica. Made a zapallo and achiote creamy soup. I am NOT disappointed. 🤤
