I was really hoping you would tell us why, specifically, you won't listen to modern pop. I, too, struggle with it but have been unable to put my finger on exactly why it irritates me. I grew up on classical, musicals, opera, 50s-00s everything (minus country!)... Around 2010 or so, something with pop just... shifted? It was suddenly all terrible. It didn't make sense. And now it's just...grating. But why? What changed? 😒
Yes! I don't know what interface (or whatever it's called... I'm not technical!) you use for Nostr, but I've used Primal and Damus and both have an option under settings to set up or connect a wallet so you can get zapped sats for your posts!

That's fair. And you have every right to make that decision when you're in that situation. Fully agree on the human population. We've done (and still do) far more damage than any other animals on this planet.
There's a huge overpopulation issue there. Shelters are full. Rescues don't have enough fosters. They were able to get all the kittens adopted to good homes. Would you rather they euthanize her? 🤷🏻
Okay, I know this isn't a bird or someone surfing... but this is the resident stray cat that lives on my parents' street in Houston, TX. She had several litters before they finally caught her, got her fixed, and released her back to her home.
