Does anyone have any technique for easily converting numbers to hex and vice-versa using just a human brain?

why would you want to do that?

seems like it would overload a neural cortex

however, a map of an individuals entire nervous system could be a biometric password

Binary to hex and back is workable, just look at 4 bits at a time, and learn 0 to 15 in hex

I just divide by 16. Works fine up to two digits. For larger I just run python3.
