Does anyone have any technique for easily converting numbers to hex and vice-versa using just a human brain?

however, a map of an individuals entire nervous system could be a biometric password
or you could just use an iris scan (and i don't mean that bullshit product with the bullshit "secret chat" that goes nowhere!)
