I used to not like eating breakfast, and I ended up snacking a lot during the day.

Worked on changing my diet, started eating BF every day, even when I didn't feel like it and.... well, have a guess as to what resulted?

Better overall energy, and maybe weight loss?

I try (rarely accomplish it) do do the old breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince, dine like a beggar.

You're exactly right. Much less snacking, much more energy during the day, consistently better sleep during the night.

Nice saying, haven't heard that before.

I've also recently adopted breakfast, and the days I do, my hunger through the day goes down significantly. It's the only meal I've had any success at eating carnivore.

Bingo.
