Do government/fed officials have to publicly disclose the crypto assets they may or may not be holding?
Nope. Crypto disclosure rules are basically nonexistent for most officials. Only some senior positions have limited reporting requirements, and enforcement is a joke. They’re front running retail with zero transparency
