This NPD becomes a huge cause for concern when you start thinking 20 years ahead, and you then realize that the state by then will have data and individual profiles on all its citizens. This has nothing to do with any of the stated objectives imho, it seems like pre-crime infrastructure that will eventually be paired with your digital ID
