Nothing really. Paolo is just a nerd who likes distributed tech and BitTorrent, tether is holding boatloads of USD bonds that are paying them high short term interest rates, and he is trying to figure out how to spend their profit. As he told me, “let’s fuck web 2.” He just geeks out on all this stuff and wants to fund it so got involved a year or two ago and Mafintosh was able to bring on a bigger team and speed up what they were doing by a lot.

No clue. Haven’t heard anything about it. Might have been tied to or put aside due to taproot assets. Seems like it’s basically being done, just haven’t heard tether specifically talk about it recently.

Supposedly have been working on it for some time. Hopefully they have something for it soon. What I’ve heard sounds really interesting
