It's not a pure varietal honey, but a mix of whatever wildflowers were blooming in our area when the bees made it! This was harvested in late summer and we had a very wet year (lots of blooms), so I think that gave this batch a very distinct flavor compared to the year before which was milder (and also lighter in color).
