well after a couple months of renovating and being almost done ... I got a call at work today from my wife that there was a leak from the master shower through the living room ceiling
The bathrooms are old but usable so we didn't touch those. Plumber says it's the shower pan so we're about to go through the fun of restoration and insurance company 😓

for sure, would much just buy BTC but we needed a bigger house with kiddos and my parents are now living in my old one 😂
