It sometimes weirdly does support it and goes by default to the apple video player, but then after checking the note again, it runs as it used to, without any controls
Worked every time for me this morning. No controls show. I just hold my finger on the player and swipe to the position of the video I want, forward or back.
huh, i even got the 15 seconds back and forward with playback speed controls
(can’t see the video right now due to bad internet)
Oh interesting. I haven’t had those controls since full width video rolled out a while back. But even being able to do this and rewind if I missed something is great. My kids often run up and distract me 😂
If it ends up happening again, I’ll try to capture it 💜
Maybe the hosting provider affects it and how their preview is set up? (just guessing)

For me it appears to respond to how quickly I swipe. It doesn’t seem to matter where I place my finger to start, but if I swipe slowly it tracks slowly and more precisely, and if I swipe quickly then it tracks quickly and jumps to the beginning or end of the video.
Same. If I want to navigate I always just open the video link in my browser.
Doesn’t seem like i can consistently do it though 🤔
