Last night, the mempool shrunk to a depth of less than four blocks worth of unconfirmed transactions before it bounced back. It seems that we will soon see non-full blocks.

Was there you a specific point that you wanted to raise per linking to this report?
Yes: I think that Pierre’s thoughts/approach on fees as they relate to security/transaction-finality makes sense. Many people/plebs are not thinking about security this way and I wanted to share. Lastly link to pdf is hard to find on Riot’s web site.
There were several non-full blocks today already. All mined by F2 pool. What tf are they doing? 🧐
Maybe they restarted their node and didn't backfill their mempool
