Lots of sport & weight training leads to muscle knots, etc.

Find it helpful to do that from time to time, before some more serious inflammation can occur.

Yeah I do the same!

Now 1-2 times a month but I have a large sauna "temple" close to me, from july on I have one in my house so I probably go once a week.

Atleast that is the plan hehe

It's so good for the immunesystem.

We have a natural small wild water lake next to the sauna with cold water from the river flowing by, it's the best part to dive in after 12min 80°C sweating
