1) while still consuming seed oils, cut out sugar
2) slowly realized seed oils are a huge problem, cut them out
3) learn that animals fats and saturated fat are great for you, ramp those up, ramp down carbs in general
4) realize sugar and select carbs are required by the body, reintroduce them while controlling, not eliminating good saturated fat intake
This has been my personal journey summarized in the last 4-5 years
