Without curiosity we'd still be living in caves.

and curiosity creates a kind of courage that makes a better future

it is one thing to love your tribe but another thing to love wonder

"Knowledge is a polite word for dead but not buried imagination."

e.e cummings

I view them as different kinds of love that can be symbiotic

for me it is just an instinct, because i perceive that it is a greater threat than any enemy, to not investigate an anomaly that keeps popping up

curiosity is the enemy of cult leaders, the number one way in which shit unravels for them

So... Curiosity is the enemy of complacency?

Maybe I should have said antidote 😅 I'm tired

is black the enemy of white?

is loud the antidote for silent?

they are complements, they give meaning to each other and are inseparable

That's getting into technicalities beyond what's applicable. Complacency is generally terrible for advancement.

complacency is a false satisfaction

the important thing that it's false, recognising that is key

and this is why curiosity is so interesting, it's an unquenchable thirst and it fires up out of the blue for no apparent reason

it's literally: "wait? what?"

it's imperative

Well said.

if you aren't asking why and getting satisfying answers from something then you must investigate further, it is compulsory, this is the spirit of curiosity

it's just like nostr:npub1sg6plzptd64u62a878hep2kev88swjh3tw00gjsfl8f237lmu63q0uf63m is saying - everything starts from a question, and questions are like winning a token in God's mining protocol

That was a rhetorical question... but yes 😊
