I don’t know about you , but when I do I feel dizzy and nauseous, I don’t recommend it , you should hydrate prior to going to the sauna

As long as you don’t look at someone in the eyes while you’re doing it, I think you’re OK

Same rules apply to eating a banana in the sauna
