Ingredients

* ½ cup grass-fed butter, softened

* â…“ cup raw honey

* 1 egg

* ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

* 1½ cups flour

* ½ cup Lineage Provisions collagen

* ½ teaspoon baking soda

* ÂĽ teaspoon baking powder

* ÂĽ teaspoon sea salt

* ½ cup chocolate chips

Coconut flour swap: Use ⅓ cup coconut flour instead of 1½ cups flour and add 1 additional egg.Instructions

1. Preheat & prep: Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Cream butter and honey: In a large bowl, beat together ½ cup softened grass-fed butter and ⅓ cup raw honey until light and fluffy.

3. Add wet ingredients: Mix in 1 egg and ½ teaspoon vanilla extract until fully incorporated. (If using coconut flour, add the second egg at this step.)

4. Combine dry ingredients In a separate bowl, whisk together 1½ cups flour (or ⅓ cup coconut flour), ½ cup Lineage collagen, ½ teaspoon baking soda, ¼ teaspoon baking powder, and ¼ teaspoon sea salt.

5. Make the dough: Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined. Do not overmix.

6. Add chocolate chips: Stir in ½ cup chocolate chips until evenly distributed.

7. Chill the dough: Refrigerate the dough for 30 minutes to firm up.

8. Portion cookies: Scoop about 1½ tablespoons of dough per cookie and place on the prepared baking sheet, spacing evenly.

9. Bake: Bake for 9–11 minutes, until the edges are set and the centers remain soft.

10. Cool & enjoy: Let cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then enjoy warm or transfer to a rack to cool completely.
