Ingredients

* ½ cup grass-fed butter, softened

* ⅓ cup raw honey

* 1 egg

* ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

* 1½ cups flour

* ½ cup Lineage Provisions collagen

* ½ teaspoon baking soda

* ¼ teaspoon baking powder

* ¼ teaspoon sea salt

* ½ cup chocolate chips

Coconut flour swap: Use ⅓ cup coconut flour instead of 1½ cups flour and add 1 additional egg.Instructions

1. Preheat & prep: Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Cream butter and honey: In a large bowl, beat together ½ cup softened grass-fed butter and ⅓ cup raw honey until light and fluffy.

3. Add wet ingredients: Mix in 1 egg and ½ teaspoon vanilla extract until fully incorporated. (If using coconut flour, add the second egg at this step.)

4. Combine dry ingredients In a separate bowl, whisk together 1½ cups flour (or ⅓ cup coconut flour), ½ cup Lineage collagen, ½ teaspoon baking soda, ¼ teaspoon baking powder, and ¼ teaspoon sea salt.

5. Make the dough: Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined. Do not overmix.

6. Add chocolate chips: Stir in ½ cup chocolate chips until evenly distributed.

7. Chill the dough: Refrigerate the dough for 30 minutes to firm up.

8. Portion cookies: Scoop about 1½ tablespoons of dough per cookie and place on the prepared baking sheet, spacing evenly.

9. Bake: Bake for 9–11 minutes, until the edges are set and the centers remain soft.

10. Cool & enjoy: Let cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then enjoy warm or transfer to a rack to cool completely.

Crust:

• 4 tbsp grass-fed butter

• 1/3 cup unflavored whey protein powder

• 1 tsp raw honey

Vanilla Cream:

• 1 cup grass-fed milk

• 2 pasture-raised egg yolks

• 1/4 cup + 1 tbsp unflavored whey protein powder

• 1 tbsp collagen powder

• 1 pinch sea salt

• 1 tsp organic vanilla powder

• 1 tbsp raw honey

• 2 tsp grass-fed butter

Natural Glaze:

• 2 tsp + 1/2 tsp water

• 1 tbsp raw honey

• 3/4 tsp grass-fed gelatin

• 1 tsp organic lemon juice

Method👇

Crust:

1. Melt butter over low heat.

2. Sift protein powder into butter, stir gently until golden crumbles form.

3. Remove from heat, mix in honey.

4. Press into parchment-lined mold (~0.4 cm thick).

5. Refrigerate until firm.

Vanilla Cream:

1. Warm milk + vanilla to 45°C.

2. Mix protein, collagen, salt, and yolks; whisk in warm milk.

3. Strain back into saucepan.

4. Cook low, stirring 8–9 min until thick.

5. Remove from heat, stir in honey and butter.

6. Cool, then refrigerate.

Glaze:

1. Bloom gelatin in 1 tbsp water (5 min).

2. Heat honey + water to 105°C.

3. Whisk in gelatin + lemon juice.

4. Strain and cool.

Assembly:

1. Fill crust with cold vanilla cream.

2. Top with fruit.

3. Brush with glaze.

4. Chill 30 min before serving.

Ingredients
Cake

- 5 pasture-raised eggs (separate yolks + whites)

- 120g date paste

- 40g Lineage raw honey

- 90g Heart & Soil or Lineage ABC protein powder

- 60g Lineage collagen powder

- 140g grass-fed butter or ghee (melted + cooled)

- 2 pinches sea salt

- 1 tsp baking soda

Date Paste

- Organic pitted dried dates + water

Matcha Glaze Cream

- 250g grass-fed butter (softened)

- 40g raw milk

- 140g raw honey

- 1 tsp matcha (more for deeper green)

Instructions
1) Wet ingredients

- Melt butter/ghee and let cool.

- Mix date paste + honey until smooth. Set aside.

2) Dry ingredients

- In a large bowl, whisk protein powder + collagen + 1 pinch sea salt.

- Make a well in the center of the dry mix: add egg yolks + date-honey mixture.

- Mix while slowly streaming in cooled melted butter until smooth and fully combined.

3) Whip egg whites

- Add 1 pinch salt to whites and whisk to stiff, firm peaks.

4) Combine

- Gently fold whipped whites into batter until no white streaks remain.

- Fold in baking soda until fully incorporated.

5) Bake

- Line cake mold with unbleached parchment + lightly grease with butter.

- Pour batter in.

- Bake at 180°C (356°F) convection for 55 min, or until toothpick comes out clean.

- Cool completely before slicing.

Date Paste

1. Add dates to saucepan + cover with water.

2. Bring to a boil very medium heat, then reduce to low, cover, and simmer covered 15 min.

3. Strain the dates, reserving the cooking liquid.

4. Transfer dates to a blender and blend until smooth, adding small amounts of the reserved liquid as needed to reach a creamy consistency.

Matcha Glaze Cream

1. Soften butter at room temperature ~1 hr, cut into pieces.

2. Whip 3–4 min until pale + fluffy.

3. Slowly mix in raw milk + honey until smooth.

4. Add matcha little by little to taste/color.

Assembly

1. Slice cooled cake in half (or bake 2 cakes + trim top crusts).

2. Spread thick layer of matcha cream over bottom layer.

3. Top with second layer.

4. Frost top + sides, smooth with spatula.

5. Chill 1 hr minimum (overnight best).

6. Dust with matcha before serving.

For a taller cake
Bake two cakes, trim top crusts, stack + assemble the same way.

Full Recipe ⬇️

STEP 1 — Make the Chocolate Bar 🍫

Ingredients:

• 1 cup raw cacao

• 1 cup raw coconut oil

• 3–4 tbsp raw honey

Instructions:

1. Mix cacao + coconut oil + honey in a bowl.

2. Stir until completely smooth.

3. Pour into a small container/mold.

4. Put in fridge until it becomes solid.

STEP 2 — Make the Date Paste 🍯

Ingredients:

• 2 cups pitted dates

• Enough water to cover them

Instructions:

1. Put dates in a small pot and cover with water.

2. Warm on the stove until the dates are soft (about 5 min).

3. Add softened dates + 2–4 tbsp of the warm water into a blender.

4. Blend until it becomes a thick paste.

STEP 3 — Make the Wet Mix 🧈

Ingredients:

• ½ cup butter

• 3 tbsp raw cacao

• 4–5 tbsp raw honey

• All of your date paste

Instructions:

1. Melt butter on LOW heat.

2. Turn heat off.

3. Add cacao + date paste + honey.

4. Stir.

If it separates, add 1–2 more tbsp honey until smooth.

STEP 4 — Make the Dry Mix 🥄

Ingredients:

• 1 scoop Lineage Chocolate Protein

• 1 scoop Lineage Collagen

• 1 pinch sea salt

• ½ tsp organic vanilla powder

Instructions:

1. Add everything to a bowl.

2. Stir until evenly mixed.

STEP 5 — Egg Mix 🥚

Ingredients:

• 3 room-temperature eggs

• 2 tbsp raw honey

Instructions:

1. Add eggs + honey to a bowl.

2. Whisk for 5 minutes until the mixture becomes fluffy and lighter in color.

STEP 6 — Combine Everything 👨‍🍳

1. Slowly pour the wet mix into the fluffy eggs while whisking.

2. Once combined, gently fold in the dry mix (don’t overmix).

3. Grease a pan with ghee.

4. Add parchment paper so nothing sticks.

5. Pour batter into the pan.

6. Break your homemade chocolate bar into pieces and place on top.

STEP 7 — Bake 🔥

1. Bake at 350°F (175°C) until the top is set (about 20–25 min depending on your oven).

2. Turn the oven OFF.

3. Put a wooden spoon in the door so it stays slightly open for 5 minutes — this prevents sinking.

4. Let the brownies cool completely before cutting.
