@FitzClaridge While I understand (and agree to) your points, it is still not clear to me, in practice, what "create an environment in which they can make their own decisions" means, specially in regards to brush their teeth or not, take shower or not and, mostly, take a medicine or not.

@FitzClaridge I also wonder if you are the all mighty creator of the environment in which they can make their own decisions, if that isn't just another name for ruling, because their options will be limited by the alternatives you present in the environment you create.
