ill just say it..
the funding difficulties of nostr clients that we all use would end immediately if the client we used received 1 sat from every zap transaction. we wouldn’t even notice it, and it would foster healthy innovation, competition, and some amazing nostr clients would come out of it.
if it’s automated entirely people might opt in

It's already automated sort of. Why not have people pass the note on and just zap it with their support?
