Not a fan of physical therapy. A lot of the stretching isn’t backed by science. Why are you going to pt?

I've always had a muscular imbalance with my left hip being weaker, but recently I had a very long illness so I'm much weaker than I've ever been. When coming back to building strength it can be easy to make imbalances worse, so I'm going to work with a trainer until I start getting back in shape.
