As a rule you should never take advice from anyone who thinks the world is overpopulated. Anyone who thinks that way will almost certainly conclude that it's not so bad if people die or become infertile or make horrible life choices & waste away reproductive years, etc. Saying the world is overpopulated, means that person is anti-human.
