Fully baselined landcruiser, long range fuel tank, water storage, solar with starlink, all terrain tires, comprehensive med kit and a bumperdumper.

if you mean “van life” ish, i’m sure there are others more knowledgeable.
if you mean SHTF survival, i would go with a 1978 Ford F250XL crew cab (no computer, purely mechanical) and convert it to wood gas. solar panel rack over the bed, front 1/3 woodgassifier, rear 2/3 double wall tent storage, etc.
under the crew cab bench, 8 3.2v 200aH Lithium Iron Phosphate cells wired in series to create a 24v, 4.8 kWh energy storage module. berkey filter with 8 replacements.
various old school, self maintainable, hand tools, saws, and axes. well maintained, high caliber lever action rifle with reload kit, and a revolver. various seeds, 100lbs of well sealed salt. first aid kit, antibiotics, long storage vitamin supplements.
