Met with quite a few Millenials this week and many said they would never be able to buy somewhere to live, many early 30s and no kids and not sure they will have them. I can't imagine how it will be for GenZers behind them.

even if you manage to buy a house, buying a house sucks too, the mortgage is expensive and a scam, gotta fix things or hire overpriced tradesman and scammers. High taxation, and some government goon comes into your house every year to inspect your home to see if they will raise taxes.
