Is there a protocol for throwable Bitcoin?

I want to throw bitcoin at people, but don't want to physically hurt them, I want it to be fun and acceptable, I want the item to be reasonable size and support smaller amounts (so something beyond onchain). Does anyone have a spec for such item? Tennis ball size, but not bouncy. Has to be easy to catch, maybe sticky of some form?
