not true. you can run knots as well. you can even switch from core to knots without a full resync. here’s a video from mayank showing how to do it.

There's a way to do this on Start9 as well 🤙

👉 If you’re using Umbrel ☂️, don’t forget to update Electrs, Lightning Node, etc. to use Bitcoin Knots instead of Bitcoin Core.

OK so in the video he’s moving the data from Core folder to Knots, not copying? So to go back to Core you’d presumably move it back.
