not true. you can run knots as well. you can even switch from core to knots without a full resync. here’s a video from mayank showing how to do it.

So that basically creates a second copy of the chain? Caveat being you would need enough storage for both if I’m understanding.

OK so in the video he’s moving the data from Core folder to Knots, not copying? So to go back to Core you’d presumably move it back.
