I use #Joplin, its #FOSS and really nice and useful! The desktop has a bunch of plugins includin a browser plugin which convert webs to notes. You can link notes, URL, pictures, etc. Available on all platforms so its easy to migrate all notes and has integrates Cloud sinchronization, although I usualy do it with #Syncthing, another must #FOSS.
