I decided to give Obisidian a try today. I’ll test it for a few weeks.

Do you have any tips or nice plugins to recommend? Or perhaps you use something different that’s better?

I mostly used Obsidian for personal notes, but for work notes Logseq seems to fit better. I'm no power user, still adapting my workflow.

A massive bonus is that it is #FOSS

I use #Joplin, its #FOSS and really nice and useful! The desktop has a bunch of plugins includin a browser plugin which convert webs to notes. You can link notes, URL, pictures, etc. Available on all platforms so its easy to migrate all notes and has integrates Cloud sinchronization, although I usualy do it with #Syncthing, another must #FOSS.

I use a web hosting service. VPS with full disk encryption, which kind ofva pain in the arse.
