Ofc it does. That isn't the point. The point is: do the side effects happen at a lower rate than COVID significant disease. And the answer is yes for most groups.
So it is still a net positive. That is how all of this works.
Totally agree vaccines saved a lot of lives, with that sais, the rush for development has it's flaws and now is good to see they are taking measure
