Remember when the “opinion section” was just one section, and the rest of the news told facts and stories, without telling you what to feel and why it should be outrage..? I miss that.

I have a friend who's ran newspapers of varying size all his life. He laments constantly about the difference between a journalist and a reporter, and how we've somehow glorified the wrong one 😅
